WHAT IS THE REWARDS CLUB PROGRAM?

This program has been specifically designed to reward our loyal customers. As a member of the Keystone Harley-Davidson® Club Rewards, you will earn points for every dollar you spend. Earned points can be redeemed for cash back coupons toward future purchases. This is our way of saying Thank You for coming back again and again to Keystone Harley-Davidson®.

HOW DO I JOIN THE CLUB?

To join the Keystone Harley-Davidson® Rewards Club simply stop by Keystone Harley-Davidson® and ask to sign up; there is no cost and it only takes a few seconds. Once you have joined you can begin earning points right away.

HOW ARE POINTS EARNED?

Customers earn 1 point for every dollar spent with retail purchase of Parts & Accessories, MotorClothes®, and Service. Points are accumulated immediately upon purchase of an eligible product or service and will be posted to your account within 72 hours.  Be sure to use our new CHECK - IN KEYPAD each time you visit Keystone Harley-Davidson® and earn 10 points per check - in!  You will also unlock special offers, sweepstakes and giveaways.

ARE THERE LEHIGH VALLEY H.O.G.® MEMBER, FIRST RESPONDERS AND MILITARY BENEFITS?

Lehigh Valley H.O.G.® members, First Responders and Military Members will earn 1.5 points for every 1 dollar spent.

HOW ARE REWARD POINTS REDEEMED?

Set up your online account to activate your account: click on the Loyalty Rewards Program icon (if you're reading this, you've already done that step!). It asks if you have a password; click "No, I need a password". This will prompt you to enter your Loyalty Rewards number and security code we provide. Click "continue" then enter your email address once then again to confirm it; click "continue". Finally, create your username (your email) and password. Click "Finish - send confirmation email". When you get the confirmation email (check your spam folder), go into the email and click "activate card".

WHAT IS THE POINT EXPIRATION POLICY?

Points earned expire one year from issue anniversary date or one year from last purchase. Printed coupons have a 30 day expiration date and if not used, the points automatically expire.

PARTICIPATION AND ELIGIBILITY:

This program is designed to reward customers. Anyone with a discount structure in place, a commercial, industrial, wholesale, dealer or business account, as well as employees are not eligible to participate in this program. Your membership is not transferable. Points may not be combined with those of another member. Abuse of the program will result in termination of membership and forfeiture of all earned points. Points are not eligible on: sales tax, state fees, shipping/delivery charges, F&I products, restocking fees, collision repairs, warranty claims, insurance paid work, sub-contracted work such as custom paint and powder coating and machine shop work or as deposits on special orders.
